Return policy

This policy explains how returns and exchanges work for physical goods purchased from Livedetox. Digital goods, if offered later, will have separate download terms published before payment.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within thirty days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories shipped with the order. Customized pieces are not eligible unless there is a documented production defect.

How to start a return

Email info@livedetox.world with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photographs if the goods arrived damaged. We reply with a return merchandise authorization and the correct shipping address.

Shipping costs

Defective or incorrect shipments receive prepaid return labels. For discretionary returns, outbound shipping costs are not refunded and customers cover return postage unless local law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the warehouse inspects the package. Processing may take up to ten business days depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If a replacement cannot ship, we offer a refund or store credit according to your preference.
